to complete and return to the pageant office. Please
follow the instructions and make every effort to meet
your paperwork deadlines...it's a great way to develop
the necessary skills needed to be a titleholder. If

This packet is due into the pageant office with your first sponsorship payment. Be sure to attach your copies of Birth Certificate and 2 Proof of Residency documents prior to sending.
