Registration for the 2011 State Pageant is now open!

If you are single (never married, never had a child), a United States citizen, a resident of the state of Illinois, and meet the age & eligibilty requirements, we invite you to APPLY TODAY! Our program is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. As a delegate, you will be judged in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview, Swimsuit, and Evening Wear, and you will participate in two exciting stage shows. Performing talent is not a requirement.
To become a contestant in this year's event,
submit the information below and attach a recent photo.
Your photo does not need to be professionally taken & can be any photo of your choice.
(School picture, prom photo, casual photo, etc...)
Please make sure the attached file is not over 3MB in size.
If you are a returning contestant, or were accepted as a contestant but did not compete,
do not re-apply on-line. Please click "Returning" button below for further information.
Once we have received your information and photo, you will be interviewed by telephone. Following this interview, the selection committee will consider your application. You will be notified by mail or e-mail if chosen. If you do not receive a telephone interview within 3 weeks of submitting your entry below (once registration has officially opened), please contact the pageant office.
